Does the file jvm.cfg have anything to do with Netscape navigator? When istalling my JRE I get a message that my navigator is not installed (on the same drive partition) and then the install finishes successfully and when I am trying to java compile an xml file I get a message saying that this Jvm.cfg is not there.
