Accessing Outlook contents from JAVA Program

Hi,
I want to know how to access the outlook mail contents from my JAVA program(Servlets). Is there any way or facility JAVA provides for reading the mail contents.

And also I want to know whether the facility of using Regular Expressions is avilable in JAVA. I appreciate immediate reply.
