All the time I'm using "low level" Windows (3.1, 95, 98). I've never used NT as a primary OS, I mean as OS where all my development tools are installed. I knew that NT is more reliable system, but because of hardware compatibility problem I even did not try to use it. Now I need to start to use NT because of some products which do not run under Win9*. I have 2 phisical drives (8 and 18 GB) devided on 6 logical drives. All of them 32bit partitions. All of them have valuable data. NT doesn't work with 32 bit partitions. So, to use NT I have to make repartition. Here is my question: How big systems can use such small (2.1GB) drives to store their huge databases? I know nothing about NTFS. Maybe I need to use NTFS? Any suggestions how to start to use NT would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
