Hi..
I want some help in getting the NT User-ID and Password to pass it to an application so that I can login to silently rather than typing the user-id and password.
My application Users are linked with the User Manager model in NT and I want the ability to use the same user-id and password that I use to logon to NT to be able to be used for my application when I click on it. I can get the User Name from the NT registry but I am unable to find the password anywhere. I am building the application in Visual Basic 6.0
My requirement is how to get the User-ID and Password that I use to logon to NT once I have already logged on, i.e., NT must be storing the information somewhere in the Registry, etc.
Any advise on the same would be highly appreciated.. Thanks in advance.
