..calling a stored procedure.SQL

I am using the C programming language... I have two input variables and one output...Not sure how to do the output

BEGIN EQUIPMENT_UTILITIES.MOVE_EQUIPMENT(EQNUM, MoveTo, ?); END;

This is in a CSTRING format....
