We require the following completed as a proof of concept / demonstration of capability. We are willing to pay for a couple of development hours at a standard programming rate. We will not pay for any licenses including license for LiveCycle extensions.
Use Adobe Livecycle to automate a PDF form using JavaScript and document code. Form must be savable for late retrieval and printing with data intact, which requires Adobe Reader Extensions.
Logic is mainly length and data format validation, like SSN and dates.
Attached ZIP contatins the PDF file needed plus the TXT/XFT file which contains all of the validation rules.
Deliverables:
1) Printable PDF (PS-7381)
2) Fillable PDF (PS 7381) produced in Adobe LiveCycle v7.0 that can be opened and quality checked
This is expected to be a quick turnaround, minimal effort, some spending money kind of job. Longer term opportunities may result from exceptional product delivery.
