ListBox in Load/Save Common Dialog

I want to put a ListBox in the load/save common dialog box; so, when the user clicks on an Access database, the tables in that database will be listed in the ListBox. Any ideas on how to do this?

Tell me when you finish this. Even i have been searching for "subclassing" Common Controls from quite some time, and not bale to find time to.
