Trying to send e-mail within asp

When using - Server.CreateObject("CDONTS.NewMail") - within an asp file, is there a command I need to use to tell it to mail from Exchange? What is happening is when I submit the form, it Posts to this asp file, and it is erroring out at this line. Please help!
