Open Lotus Notes from ASP.Net

Hi,
Is it possible to open "empty Lotus Notes mail form" from ASP.Net(using C#) with "To" address set.
Pls help...

perhaps this sample app will help you. It shows how to send an email from Notes via C# (vs 2005 Express Edition) im sure all youll need to do is remove additional things so only the To address is set.
