URGENT!!! Ghosting

I have this problem just like the rest of us. I have a project going at the moment and in my project there is a dialog box with a listbox containing items that relate to a combobox on another form how do make it so you don't have make keep making additional forms and combobox's aswell as dialogs. can you make some sort of code to store each data for the listbox's and combobox's
