E-Mail: rpouliot@iqaff.qc.ca Thanks Vlado B November 25th, 1999, 05:13 PM I put arrows in button in many of my programs with Wingdings font. In Button.Font select Windings font, Type char code in caption To find char code, is easiest to use Keymap or Insert symbol from MS Word: In MS Word, select Insert-Symbol, set font to Wingdings, double-click arrow, copy symbol from Word document and past it to Caption of your button. This method is easy, it allows you to select size, style (bold) and color of arrow and you have many different arrows to select from, even many other symbols for e.g.. mail, checkbox etc. Vlado Bosnjakovic vlado.bosnjakovic@amis.net Ravi Kiran November 26th, 1999, 05:04 AM VB 4.0 has a directory byname "Bitmaps ", consisting of good stuff. if not great looking ones. If simple arrows is all that you want, you can check under Windows directory. Using MS Paint ( comes with Windows) also you can generate simple stuff. Specify the size to 15x15, and magnify and edit pixel by pixel. You dont need to be a great painter for that!.. i am not!:-) Another nice way to wack pictures is: when you surf a lot of pages contain small bmps/jpgs. You can just right click on them and in the menu choose save link as.. Start with Up/Down arrows on CodeGuru site :-) RK codeguru.com
