This is a custom built PC I made a bit over a year ago. I came across some unexpected costs this semester for a computer architecture class and since this one is a spare, I'm selling it off to pay for them.

It has the following:

2.0Ghz AMD 3800+ CPU
1 CDRW drive
1 DVD/CDRW drive
120 GB hard drive
2 GB PC2300 RAM
7900GT Graphic Card

http://cgi.****.com/ws/****ISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=220144871050&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=012

Does not include a monitor. I do have a VGA to DVI converter (allows a CRT monitor to hook into the graphics card) that comes free with the system.

Let me know if you or anyone you know is interested.

To be honest, the last thing most members came to this forum for was to buy another computer. :)

So... You may have better chances putting up that advertisement in your local supermarket (if they have a bullettin board). Note that shipping costs make the buy 10 - 15% more expensive, so your deal is more attractive for someone in your neighbourhood who picks it from your place.

Compare prices against existing market rates before trying to sell.
For an example, look here (http://www.dell.com/content/products/features.aspx/inspndt_bundles?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs) and depreciate your sale-price appropriately given the worth of a new PC of comparable configuration.

Good luck.

Yes. Especially starting at $499. You also didn't list the state you're in.
