user rights

I want to modificate the user rights of a user in the current domain. I want to do what user manager do in the menu : policies>>User Rights.

In particulary, I want to grant a user the Log On As A Service right.

Do you know if some functions exist?

NetUserSetInfo etc....

I think some among the group of those functions has the answer....
