PrintDlgEx and collate pages:sample code needed

I wish to print multiple collated documents.


I have found that PrintDlgEx has all the user interface stuff I need.


Is there any example code that actually demonstrates application based(non printer driver based ) collated printing using PrintDlgEx or any 'standard' method?


Rephrasing the question : Is there any source code sample that uses PrintDlgEx that will show me how to do collation in a 'standard' way?
