Embeding HScroll in Stingray SECTabWnd

I am trying to use Stingray Object Toolkit's SECTabWnd to create VC-Output or VC-Results List like frames in my apps. I could not figure out how to embed a horizontal scroll bar to the right of the tabs to support scrolling as MS does. Also I have difficulties to disable/hide the horizontal scroll bar in the list view control using as pages in my tabbed frame.

Any advices are very much appreciated.
