Activating CapsLock

Is there any function that can activate the CapsLock, NumLock or ScrollLock keys from an ActiveX Control?

I would like to activate these keys when I double-click on panels in a statusbar control.

Any help would be appreciated.

try the SendInput API in Win98 or NT
