IE Securtity and ActiveX

IE 4.0 is not loading pre-registered ActiveX componenet if security

level is set to "High". How can I fix the problem.

My guess is I should sign this using AuthentiCode SDK and also provide

IObjectSaety interface. Could someone verify this please?

How about NetScape plug-in? Is there a way to use plug-in even

if security level set to "High".
