Visual C++ 1.52

Does anybody know where I can purchase this relic? I checked Microsoft's site and it looks like they have downgrades to version 4.0, nothing sooner than that.

Get ahold of MS -- they'll do a downgrade to 1.52c as well. IIRC, you have to pay a nominal shipping charge, but that's it...
