This feature called Microsoft Intellisense Tech. (They introduced in Visual Basic)
Microsoft IntelliSense® technology automatically completes code statements as they are typed in the editor. It displays class members, function prototypes, identifier declarations, and code comments and works with the Microsoft Win32® API, the Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC), the Active Template Library (ATL), the Standard Template Library (STL) and custom code.
