I posted my answer as Anonymous.
As a result, this post goes up the first location.

Anyway, you write the code to show Email address automatically.
However, if a person like me doesn't want to show email address,
anonymous is only choice?

I ran into this also. What I did was to try and log in and click 'forgot my password'.
You are then mailed a temporary password. Login using this password and then
click Edit Profile. You can enter whatever you want there and change your password
and specify no email address if you want. I'm not sure if this is what Zafir recommends
but it worked for me.
