Your task is to develop technical requirement specifications from ideas of the product management and lead the implementation by a 3rd party software company. The application will run as ASP. Since the business is a mass data operation and runs on Oracle, you need to have Oracle skills like: DBA, data modelling, performance tuning. This is an architecture, technical product manager role: you will manage the international roll into 20 countries of this application and the data consolidation. German language skills are benefitial, but not mandatory.
