About System Font

I wanna know whether the system is using 'Large Font' or 'Small Font'...
How can I know that?

I did this is 16-bit land, but not recently. Maybe see what the value is in the Registry at the key "HKLM \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ GRE_Initialize" for the value "FONTS.FON"?
