How do I use a tbl file

I have this tbl class in dev studios V5 and I want to use it

Hi.

I assume that tbl means tlb because of COM category?
Go to class wizard, click "Add class" button and choose "from type
libraty".
VC automatically converts from tlb to cpp file.

If I misunderstand the meaning of tbl, just sorry.
