how to use help/msdn with keyboard?

does anybody knows how to (or with what another sw (over?)) is possible use help/msdn with keyboard?
i mean moving in text, selecting, copying to clipboard and moving from find part to help-showing window

Press F1 while cursor on the word
Select with Shift
Copy - Paste with Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V
