How to load resource with language different with the system language?

Dear Sir,
Could you do me a favor?I have write a program with two kind of language
resource(English-US, Chinese-PRC).Then they can be auto loaded with different
Operate System.But I want to load the English resource in Chinese System, or
load Chinese one in English System, can you tell me what to do?
