MFC bug in Server mnemonics & accelerators

I have a Server application that uses CFormView class for its UI. For some reason when inplace active, my server mnemonics don't work. There is a workaround for that if the server or container application's mnemonics are hard coded into the server but when I have Property pages in the form view, I really can't get the containers accelerators to work anymore. Has anyone else experienced anything similiar (or have solutions)?
