Splitter and Property Sheets?

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me whether its possible -- and how one might go about -- creating a splitter in an MDI window that has a Dialog on one side and a Property Sheet on the other side? I guess the Property Sheet is the tricky part and I haven't a clue where to start.
