I am displaying a JPG on a HTML view and would like to know how I could rotate this image. Could anyone help.

Hi,
In Vc++ loading jpeg and rotating is bit difficult.I am in project on printing jpeg images.While i was browsing i came across www.binary-technologies.de ,download the BTNexGenIpl32 zip file .The program has the option of making an mirror image of any file and also fliping the image.
But a problem is that the clarity after mirroing the image is not preserved.
