I am a novice at all of this stuff. I have to re-create the look of a form using XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Every time I start to get anywhere, I realize I still don't know what I'm doing. If someone thinks they might be able to help me, could you please PM me. I fear I'll have constant questions as I'm attempting this.

Might as well do it in the forums. Then you'll have loads of brains working with you...
What exactly are you looking to do, and what have you done so far?

True help should not come from private messages, as stated by javajawa.
As to your problem, please explain it. Know that even though many pages now use CSS as standard rather than tables, most web forms still use tables because of even cell layouts. This might not be a need to convert to CSS.
