m_pArchiveOut = new CArchive(m_pFile,CArchive::store);//<-- What is this for?


I would like to know where does are the store and load functions.

Look in the MFC header files at the declaration of CArchive (AFX.H), read the help files on CArchive (especially CArchive::CArchive).

You can learn alot by doing some exploration on your own.
