BCMenu

I'm using BCMenu to add icons to my menus. But I've ran into 2 problems.
1.I'm using Windows 98 and so the submenus appear truncated or are as long as the screen.
2.When a menu is disabled, the icon isn't 'hilighted' with that 3D border that the enabled icon's are hilighted with.
