Drawing a State Diagram in CView

We are currently trying to draw a state diagram in CView. We would like to represent transitions with an arrow. We can create a line to represent the transition however we would like the line to have an arrow showing the direction of the flow. What is the easiest way to do this?

Ideally we would like the lines to connect to the outermost part of the state (circle), having the arrow point touch the outermost part of the to state (circle). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
