Read .pst file

Hi All
I wana read outlook .pst file through my application that is in C#..can any body help me that how can we read .pst file using .net
during my research i found there are three ways

1-MAPI / Extended MAPI (.Net, Delphi)
2-Redemption.dll
3-Outlook object library

I wish to do with "Outlook object library" plz help me ...
