Flat Scroll Bars

Is there a way to very easily have all scroll bars in an application be replaced with the flat scroll bars look? Much like the CoolControls library on this site replaces all existing edit controls/combo boxes/etc. . . with its own look and feel. I was thinking that perhaps some modifications could be added to that library to provide this functionality. My application consists of lots of CListView's in MDI children and CTreeView's. Would it be possible? Thanks,
