Subclassing a window...

How does Spy++ capture messages that are sent to the window that you tell it to watch. I am trying to do something similar with another window. I know it has something to do with subclassing, and I did subclass my window but I that still doesn't allow me to receive messages like WM_SIZE, and WM_MOVE.... What am I doing wrong?
