Problem in hypen when Creating menu's shortcut

Dear all,

I have set the button name = "&New" in my form. But aftter the form is loade i cannot see the a hypen beneth of the char N. If I press only the alt key then only it comes.

I need when the form is loaded without pressing alt key the hypen should be displayed beneth of the char N.

I need when the form is loaded without pressing alt key the hypen should be displayed beneth of the char N. This is normal behavior. You can change it in Control Panel -> Display -> Appearance -> Effects -> Hide underlined letters...
