System monitoring Tool in VB.net

I am making my project for this semester. I am making "System monitoring Tool" so i have make a GUI and also get the all parameters but one thing missing I have tried to find from different places but not found that is the "continues line" that represents the changing values of CPU usage along time. same like "windows task manager" shows. If you got my idea please help me i shall be thank full to you.
