disabling the first black frame

hi,
i'm playing a divx-7hd videos with directshow (directx 9.0c),
the problem is that when a movie opens on it's first time
it always show a black frame on the first frame of the movie, when i know
that the movie has no black frame...

it's giving me trouble when trying to play a clean playlist without
any cut transitions.

how can i bypass this first black frame when the video opens?
