.Net project feasibility suggestion from experts

Hi this is the project.. can you tell me how you see it? I should start auto learning NET to start this project and need a suggest whether it is feasible and approachable in 200H time.

field: management and distribution of documents

objective: develop a new component able to elaborate pdf files and extract the text where possible in particular regions of the file. The areas to extract data must be configurable from interface and saved on disk as to re-use them later.
This is needed for standard financial documents which must be elaborated almost-automatically

requirements: C# language, Microsoft .Net 2.0 and successive, Visual Studio 2005/2008

It depends on your general experience. If you already know programming (e.g. Java) and basic conceps of OOP, you can learn the syntaxt and basic classes in the given time, otherwise I'm affraid that this is too ambicious goal.
