Pager Gateway

Does anyone have any experience in writing code for, or connecting to, a web-to-pager gateway? I am either trying to gain the statement format used to connect (passs data) to one that already exists on the Internet or to write my own gateway that can be popped up and killed quickly after sending the page. Code would be helpful. By the way, the code that you can glean from editing a web page (vis-a-via www.pagenet.com) is actually of no value; I've already tried 'stealing' it. Thanks in advance.
