ADO Data Control and DbGrid32

I am having major problems with the RDO data control and DBGrid32. Whenever I go to add a new record, the grid control will insert the new row and will not refresh properly.

I want to try this with the ADO Data Control to see if this will make a difference but I am unable to find it on any machine. I have searched several machine that have ADO 2.0 installed but this is no OCX called msadodc.ocx!

Is this the correct name? How should this be installed?
