CEdit over MS FlexGrid

I'm using a MS FlexGrid control in my dialog based application. (VC++ 6.0). To make the user feel like typing data directly into the MS FlexGrid control i'd like to pop up a CEdit control over the Grid. But it's very difficult to position the CEdit control ex
