How to create video(wmv,avi,etc...) or SWF(flash) file ( as from the set of picture files ) ?!!!

Looks like they have a tool for creating flash movies with C#. take a look at this website

Get the right tools for the right job. If you want to make SWF stuff, use Flash - plain and simple, it is what it is designed for.

i could not know the tools that create SWF,video files from the the site http://www.netikatech.com/
and i don't know any tools for it.

It doesn't hurt if you read the contents of the we-site properly. There is a GOA WinForms application there in the bottom of the page. Here is a link to that http://www.netikatech.com/products/winforms

This application creates files for both Flash as well as Silver Light.

Hello again ,,
I did setup this tools from website , but i did't know how use it in create video or flash file.
plz if you can attach sample for this.
As ( capture screen for few of pictures and save all in flash or video file )
