ActiveX-toolbar-auto alignment

Hello,

I want to develop an toolbar-ActiveX-ctrl. It should locate itself at the top
of the parent dialog. On every size change of the dialog, my control needs to
locate its new position.
But how to recognize the size change, whithout subclassing the parent dialog
window ?
