VB 2008 & Stored Procedures

Hi.
I'm doing a program with VISUAL BASIC 2008 and i want to update a DB by using STORED PROCEDURES.

The DB is in SQL 2005, And I want to insert [NAME,LASTNAME,SEX].

PLEASE, can someone post the code for such programa. I want to know what kind of conection use and how to send de parameters to the SP.

Search for "update a DB", but add YOUR DB (SQL Server/Oracle,etc) along with "VB.Net" for better results.
