PDW speed

I'm starting to use PDW. I used to create setup programs with Indigo Rose's Setup Factory or Install Shield. Now I have to use PDW (my new company uses only this product). Setup of the same project takes less than 1 minute if setup.exe was done with Install Shield or Setup Factory and more than 20(!!!) minutes if PDW was used. Am I doing something wrong or PDW is so sloooow? If I did something wrong, could some one tell me, what's wrong.

Nobody uses PDW or Nobody has this problem?

I had this happen once, reduce the size of the CAB Files to increase Install Performance.

Do I need to make several CAB files? Or just to make CAB smaller? If second is the case then I don't know how.
