C++ inline assembler question

If EAX is the 32bit register under winNT, win95, win98
and AX is the 16bit register. Can we access the other 16bits
of the 32bit register just like AX is divided into AH and AL.

Not that I know of. Use a shift instruction to move everything to the lower 16 bits.
