custom treeview

Hey, the treeview control that comes with Visual Studio is kinda crappy. Because one main reason for me is that you can't change the background color to t ransparent.

What i want is a treeview that has no background color. I also want to able to use icons in the treeview list.

So my question is, do any of you know a third party control/code to fit my needs??

Try Xceed components, they have a tree control , has nice features, but real pain to use... good luck
