salam sir;
when i am starting any visual studio 2003 or 2005 application runing then this message
is display to my computer.i am used windows xp home edition.
"The application failed to initialize properly (0x000007b). Click on OK to terminate the application."
please help me about how can remove this message.

Have you tried re-installing VS yet? If so, this may be a better question for a microsoft support forum (or phone call).

You could also try (re)installing the .NET Framework

normally, then error messages that the correct version of the .Net framework is not installed. If you are targeting .Net 1.1 or .Net 2.0, make sure those are installed.
