Hello every body,
Im new here in CodeGuru ,,, i really like it.
I need little help from any one who could help me.
Im searching for 2 Algorithms , I cant find them online , so I want to know a good book
or any other resource to help me to get them
the first one :
weighted exponential average ( this is used to measure the throughput of TCP).
the second one:
Incremental weighted update .
